Having lived in several of the city's most vibrant neighborhoods, including Washington Park, Congress Park, University, Centennial, and Cherry Hills, she brings a personal understanding of the area's unique character, schools, and lifestyle offerings.
Her background includes leadership roles in client engagement, marketing operations, and a pivotal position at a private real estate investment firm. Shannon has also personally invested in rental properties, giving her a valuable dual perspective as both a real estate professional and owner/investor. This experience informs her ability to support clients with both strategic insight and practical guidance.
Shannon's approach is rooted in trust and client advocacy, with a responsive approach and the ability to make clients feel confident and informed throughout the buying or selling process. Outside of work, Shannon is an active community volunteer, an avid skier and pickleball player, and a half-marathon runner. She spends time in the mountains and traveling with her husband and children. Shannon is also a mental health advocate with the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
